Results

This tool uses common 7-type body shape rules. Results are approximate and for style guidance only.

Use this Bikini Calculator to estimate your body shape from your bust, waist, high hip, and hip measurements, then get style-based bikini suggestions. It is useful if you want a quicker way to connect your body proportions with common swimwear styling ideas instead of guessing from photos alone.

What This Bikini Calculator Calculates

This calculator estimates:

  • Estimated body shape
  • Suggested bikini styles
  • Waist-to-hip ratio (WHR)
  • Curve ratio
  • Measurement differences such as bust minus hip and bust/hip versus waist

It uses these four body measurements:

  • Bust
  • Waist
  • High hip
  • Hip

How the Bikini Calculator Works

This page is not a bikini size calculator. It is a body-shape styling calculator.

It compares your bust, waist, and lower-body proportions to estimate which common body-shape group you most closely match. The live tool also calculates:

  • WHR to compare waist and hip proportion
  • Curve ratio to show how strongly the bust or hips differ from the waist
  • Direct measurement differences between upper, middle, and lower body areas

Those proportion checks are then used to suggest bikini styles that may balance, support, or highlight your shape in different ways.

Assumptions and Important Notes

  • This calculator gives an approximate style recommendation, not an exact fit diagnosis.
  • The result depends on measurement accuracy. Even small tape-measure errors can change the detected shape.
  • This tool is meant for style guidance only, not body judgment or health assessment.
  • Body shape is not always a perfect category. Many people sit between two common shape types.
  • The best bikini choice also depends on personal comfort, coverage preference, support needs, and the specific brand’s fit.

Worked Example

Suppose someone enters:

  • Bust: 36 in
  • Waist: 28 in
  • High hip: 34 in
  • Hip: 38 in

Step 1: Compare the waist with the bust and hips
The waist is clearly smaller than both the bust and the hips.

Step 2: Compare bust and hip balance
The bust and hip are fairly close, but the hip is slightly larger.

Step 3: Check WHR and curve ratio
The calculator uses those proportions to judge how pronounced the waist is and whether the shape is more balanced, bottom-heavy, or top-heavy.

Step 4: Return the likely body-shape match
The result may land near hourglass, pear, or a nearby blended shape depending on the exact internal thresholds.

Step 5: Suggest bikini styles
The suggested styles then aim to complement that shape with cut, support, or visual balance.

How to Use This Bikini Calculator

  1. Measure your bust around the fullest part.
  2. Measure your waist at the narrowest natural point.
  3. Measure your high hip above the fullest hip area.
  4. Measure your hip around the fullest part of the hips and seat.
  5. Enter all measurements in the same unit.
  6. Review the estimated body shape, style suggestions, WHR, and ratio outputs.

How to Interpret the Result

Estimated body shape is your closest style-category match based on your proportions.

Suggested bikini styles are styling ideas meant to work with that shape, not strict rules.

WHR shows how your waist compares with your hips.

Curve ratio highlights how much smaller the waist is than the bust or hips.

If your result feels “between” two shapes, that usually means your measurements are balanced across more than one category. That is normal and does not mean the calculator failed.

Practical Uses of a Bikini Calculator

  • get a starting point for bikini style selection
  • understand how your proportions compare across bust, waist, and hips
  • shop more confidently when choosing cuts, support, or coverage
  • see whether your shape appears more balanced, waist-defined, or hip/bust dominant
